From points inside the Baltimore Beltway

Take the Jones Falls Expressway north till it becomes Falls Rd.

From the right lane turn right onto West Joppa Rd. at the first traffic light.

Go 4/10 of a mile.  Valley will be on your left just before the bridge.

From I-695 (East or West Bound)

Using Exit 23B go north on Falls Rd.

From the right lane turn right onto West Joppa Rd. at the first traffic light.

Go 4/10 of a mile.  Valley will be on your left just before the bridge.
